Recently, I came across the body of work by Carol Dweck at Stanford School of Psychology and the TEDx talk by Eduardo Briceno. That left me reflecting about my own mindset. Whether you are doing well at work but want to up your game , or someone who is stuck in your cubicle, stagnating in your career or is overwhelmed by rapidly changing technology landscape and feels outdated. The first step of the journey of your reinvention is to adopt a ‘growth mindset’. Today, I wrote my own growth mindset manifesto that I am sharing with you for your thoughtful consideration. Our minds are not set in stone. We get to choose and change our mindset.
