Content marketing is not just online

I recently received a booklet in the mail from AT&T. It was probably triggered as I recently registered a business entity. The booklet was a small business guide about 20 pages and looks like below.

ATT Small Business Guide Cover

The booklet has a wealth information for new small business and has genuinely useful content.

Carefully stuffed within the information booklet were relevant ads (like below) for services that the vendor provides.

As much as we might believe Content marketing is not just for online media. What makes Content Marketing work is the hidden exchange of free knowledge for buyers trust. It is not dependent on the medium that is used to deliver the content. Offline content does pose challenges including making it difficult to share and gather analytics. But, it’s not to be discounted.
